Action Engineering was founded in Dunedin in 1991 by a team of three engineers with a small workshop, a Ford Escort van, and a commitment to doing the job properly.

Thirty-five years later, we're a team of 35 with a 4500m2 workshop, a modern fleet of vehicles and we deliver large engineering and infrastructure projects throughout New Zealand.

That growth didn't come from chasing work. It came from delivering on our promises, project after project, with a safety-first culture and engineering expertise our clients can rely on.

What drives us hasn't changed: we want to make a difference. Our goal is to leave a lasting legacy by continuously improving the environment we build in, so the infrastructure we deliver today serves communities for decades to come…
